1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tempo or Life OS Pro (the "Services"), operated by Life OS Pro LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Tempo is a phase-based budgeting application. Life OS Pro is a personal operating system that connects your vision, finances, and weekly execution. Both are web-based software-as-a-service products.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

4. Subscription Terms

Pricing

Life OS Pro is available at $4.99/month (or as otherwise displayed at the time of purchase). Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Payments are processed automatically on your billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at privacy@lifeospro.io.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Services. We do not claim ownership of your financial data, goals, plans, or other content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

The Services integrate with third-party providers including Plaid (bank connectivity), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (infrastructure). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The Services are not financial advice. We are not financial advisors, and nothing in the Services constitutes investment, tax, or financial planning advice. Consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life OS Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life OS Pro LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
