Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted).

Financial Data

If you connect your bank account via Plaid, we access:

• Account balances
• Transaction history

You can disconnect your bank at any time from Settings. We never store your bank login credentials.

Usage Data

We collect basic app usage data to improve the product, including features used and error reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Tempo and Life OS Pro services
• Send account and subscription notifications
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your financial data for advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Plaid — bank connectivity, if you choose to connect
• Stripe — payment processing
• Kit / ConvertKit — email communications

All service providers are contractually required to protect your data.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Financial data is encrypted at rest. We never store your bank credentials.

5. Data Retention

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your data

7. Children's Privacy

Tempo and Life OS Pro are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
